Preferred Electric Company, Inc. is committed to the wellbeing of our employees. We believe that a consistent emphasis on safety and ongoing training will make us a leader in our industry. PECI has developed a comprehensive safety program. Our full-time Safety Director routinely conducts jobsite safety and hazard inspections and our foremen hold weekly jobsite safety meetings on all projects.

Human Resources - Our HR department strives to hire the right people for the job through an extensive hiring process which includes post-hire drug testing.  PECI can meet customer needs with any level of security and quality requirements such as CEWA (Critical Environment Working Area) and MICCS (Metro Indianapolis Coalition for Construction Safety).
