Metropolitan Midtown

 PECI was onsite at the multiple building, out of the ground redevelopment from its inception. We installed all electrical work throughout the site which consisted of Commercial Office Space, Retail Space and Residential Property. PECI installed 2 parallel 400kw generators and 130ft of duct bank with 19 conduits. The 6 story parking deck for required 14ft tall pole lights to illuminate the area. with respect to safety protocol PECI also installed a brand new fire alarm system that has the ability to communicate with all buildings in Metropolitan Midtown.
