Balfour Beatty constructed their new office in Charlotte,NC with an obvious target towards LEED. This new office upfit has energy saving performance throughout the whole building, PECI installed occupancy sensors and other types of electrical to fulfill the need of the client's Green vision. PECI came in and handled all the electrical installations including a 100kw UPS and a brand new wireless light shedding system, the first of its kind in Charlotte.
